By default, the possibility of sending communications or complaints by whistleblowers is disabled.
If you want to enable users to send alerts or communications, you need to enable sending by doing the following steps:
1. Click on the Settings section in the menu:
2. Go to the Advanced tab
3. Click the checkbox for the Disable Sends option to enable communications.
The box must be unchecked:
3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen
Finally, check that the box is still unchecked.
