The Alert Channel (formerly Bústia Etica) is a service that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations that allows people to be offered a channel through which to report to the administration regulatory violations and conduct contrary to integrity public It can be used to report internal, external or both violations.
The protection of the alerting person is guaranteed, allowing alerts to be submitted anonymously, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
