duplicate
There is an option in questionnaire management that allows you to duplicate a specific questionnaire. With this functionality you can take advantage of an existing questionnaire in order to modify it and adapt it to new requirements, without having to lose the original questionnaire.
This option is called: Duplicate and only administrators have access.
Access the Questionnaires side menu option.
To select it, identify the questionnaire to be duplicated and press the Duplicate option.
At the time of duplicating the questionnaire we will be asked to give it a name, we must be careful given that the name cannot be duplicated from another existing questionnaire, in case of reporting an existing name the application will display an error message.
We can see that the questionnaire is duplicated with the name we have given.
If we access the initial questionnaire and the duplicate we will see that both have exactly the same content.
Export and import
These options explained below apply in the event that we want to reuse a questionnaire from another entity, such as for example the piloting entity (tests).
The application uniquely controls existing quizzes throughout the platform, this control is done with the name of the quiz, so no two quizzes with the same name can exist.
In the event that you want to take advantage of a questionnaire from another body (eg tests or other bodies) it must be carried out following the following procedure.
1. The questionnaire that you want to export must be duplicated in the Origin Alerts Channel
2. Once the questionnaire has been duplicated, this duplicate questionnaire must be exported , this generates a .json file that is stored on the computer.
3. When the export of the duplicate questionnaire has finished, it must be deleted from the Source Alerts Channel, this action must be done to avoid duplicating questionnaires when we import it into the new Destination Alerts Channel.
4. Finally we can import the questionnaire stored on the computer in .json format to the Destination Alerts Channel.
