The recipients are responsible for receiving reports in a given context.
To create a recipient persona, follow these steps:
1. Access the Users section of the menu.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Select the Recipient Person role.
4. Fill in the different fields and click the Add button. Please note that:
- The User Name field is the identifier with which the system is accessed.
- The Name field is the user's full name.
- By default, the option “Send an activation link” will cause that once the user is added, an invitation will be sent to the person we are registering to manage the alert channel and it will not be necessary to take the next step (step 5).
Once you have clicked Add , you will find the user created in the system:
5. Invite the recipient
If in step 4, you unchecked the “Send an activation link” option, either to send the activation link later or for other reasons, you can expand the name of the person you want to invite and then click the “Send an activation link” button to send them an invitation to manage the Alert Channel.
