The Alert Channel is a module of e-TRAM, but it works separately.
Depending on the configuration of the activated contexts (functional scope of the system), it can be used for internal, external or both scopes.
You do not need to have e-TRAM enabled to use the Alert Channel module as it is an attached environment. The Alerts Channel has a link, management environment and its own parameters.
