Recipients are responsible for receiving reports for a given context.
To create a recipient person, follow these steps:
1. Access the Users section of the menu
2. Click the Add button.
3. Select the Recipient Person role.
4. Fill in the various fields and click the Add button. Keep in mind that:
- The field Name of the user is the identifier with which the system is accessed.
- The Name field is the full name of the user person.
Once you have clicked on Add , you will find the user persona created in the system:
5. Invite the recipient
Scroll down the name of the person you want to invite, then click the "Send Activation Link" button to send them an invitation to manage the Alerts Channel.
