In the management of recipients we find an option called: Give this user the ability to hide part of the text of a complaint
This option enables the recipient to hide part or all of a text that they do not want to be shown to other recipients of the same complaint.
In this way, information that you want to show will be hidden.
When the recipient accesses the complaint, an option will appear to use this functionality.
Hide/Edit: This option, found within each alert, allows you to hide and/or show a text or part of it.
Above each paragraph you can see an icon with an eraser.
