The account recovery key is essential to be able to recover access to the platform and personal data in case of forgetting the password. For this reason, in the account activation email, it is indicated that the first step is to get this key and save it safely.
If you already have your account activated, you can retrieve your account recovery key directly from step 3 .
From the activation email, the steps to be taken would be:
1. Click on the activation link you received in the email.
2. Set the password
3. Access the "preferences" section at the top right of the screen.
4. At the bottom of the preferences screen, click the Account Recovery Key button.
5 . The system will ask you to enter your password.
6 . The system will show you your Account Recovery Key which you must save safely for future account recoveries if necessary.
